Specific terms of factoring services, including rates, fees, advance percentages, and payment terms, are governed by the separate factoring agreement executed between you and iThrive Funding. These Terms of Service supplement that agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business, invoices, and customers. You must promptly update any changes to this information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
When submitting invoices for factoring, you represent and warrant that: (a) the invoices represent bona fide transactions for goods delivered or services performed; (b) you have the right to sell the invoices; (c) the invoices are free from liens or claims by third parties; and (d) all information provided is accurate and complete.
Factoring fees, rates, and payment terms are specified in your factoring agreement. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and any shortfalls resulting from uncollected invoices as outlined in your agreement.
Access to our online client portal is provided for your convenience. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of iThrive Funding or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iThrive Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
